Role overview
Senior Support Worker role for an experienced practitioner ready to take on shift-lead responsibilities in a CQC Good-rated Gloucester supported living service. You will lead shifts, mentor new team members and act as a point of escalation for the registered manager. Requirements
• Right to work in the UK • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply / on Update Service) • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable) • Minimum 2 years UK care experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • Driver preferred
