Compliance
Watertight, audited, evidence-ready.
Compliance isn't a tick-box exercise — it's the bedrock of safe healthcare recruitment. Candidates introduced by OptiMatch Solutions are taken through our documented seven-stage vetting process prior to placement, in line with our standard recruitment procedure.
Enhanced DBS
Our documented process requires a current Enhanced DBS — verified and tracked before placement. We encourage candidates to subscribe to the Update Service so checks stay live and portable.
Right to Work Checks
ID, share code and document verification carried out in line with current Home Office guidance. Evidence is supplied as part of our standard compliance pack.
Reference Verification
Our standard process is to obtain two professional references — typically including the most recent line manager — and to verify them directly rather than relying on candidate-provided contacts.
GDPR Compliance
Lawful basis recorded, data minimised and retention managed in line with UK GDPR. Candidate data is held securely and shared with employers in line with the consent given at registration.
Mandatory Training
Care Certificate, moving & handling, safeguarding, infection control and other mandatory training are checked and dated as part of our standard compliance process.
Clinical Competency
For clinical roles, senior carer / nurse interviews are used to verify clinical fundamentals prior to introduction, in line with our documented process.
