OptiMatch Solutions was built around a simple belief: care providers and the people who work in care deserve a recruiter that treats them as partners — not transactions. Too much of the industry has been pulled toward volume, churn and short-term thinking. We have deliberately chosen the opposite path.
We are a specialist permanent healthcare recruiter. We do not supply temps. We focus on Support Workers, HCAs, Carers, Senior Carers and Registered Nurses, across London, the South East and Gloucester — a region we know well enough to introduce candidates who will actually settle.
Every account is assigned a single point of contact (with cover during absence). Candidates are taken through our documented seven-stage vetting process before introduction. Permanent placements are backed by a written 90-day replacement commitment, set out in our Terms of Business. We grow by keeping clients, not by churning them.
