FAQ

Questions, answered.

Clear answers for the people we work with — care providers hiring permanently and candidates looking for their next role.

For Employers

How long does recruitment take?+

Most permanent Support Worker briefs typically receive a curated shortlist within five working days, subject to role and market. From shortlist to offer typically takes a further one to two weeks, depending on interview availability.

How are candidates screened?+

Our documented process takes candidates through right-to-work checks, a DBS screening process, reference verification and a structured interview with our team before they are put forward to a client.

Which areas do you cover?+

Our focus is London, the South East and Gloucestershire — Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Gloucestershire.

What roles do you recruit for?+

Permanent Support Workers are our core specialism. We also support Senior Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant and Registered Nurse vacancies across our network.

How does pricing work?+

We work on a transparent fixed permanent placement fee, agreed in writing before any candidate is submitted. Fees and terms are set out in our written Terms of Business.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee?+

Permanent placements include 90 days of post-placement aftercare and a written replacement commitment, set out in our Terms of Business. Where the conditions of those terms are met, we will re-recruit a like-for-like replacement (same role, site and core hours) at no additional placement fee.

For Candidates

How do I apply?+

Register a candidate profile, upload your CV and tell us the kind of role and location you're looking for. We will be in touch to discuss your goals and match you with suitable permanent vacancies.

What documents do I need?+

To complete your profile we'll ask for your CV, proof of right-to-work in the UK (passport or share code), a current enhanced DBS certificate where available and two professional references. We'll guide you through anything missing.

What kind of roles do you place?+

Permanent Support Worker roles across care homes, supported living and nursing services in London and the South East — with Healthcare Assistant and Registered Nurse opportunities too.

Is there a cost to candidates?+

No. Our service to candidates is completely free — we're paid by the employer once a placement is made.

How will I know what's happening with my application?+

You can track every application live in your candidate dashboard — from new, screening and shortlisted through to interview, placed or rejected.
