Our story
Why OptiMatch Solutions exists.
OptiMatch Solutions was founded out of a simple frustration: healthcare recruitment had drifted away from the people it was meant to serve. Care homes and supported living providers were being treated as transactions. Candidates were being pushed into roles that didn't fit. And good people — on both sides — were paying the price.
We built OptiMatch to do it differently. To be a specialist, permanent-only healthcare recruiter that puts the quality of every introduction above the quantity of CVs sent. To stand behind compliance like it actually matters. And to be the kind of partner that picks up the phone, knows your service by name, and stays involved long after the offer is signed.
