OptiMatch Solutions is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers and Care Assistants on behalf of trusted care providers across Croydon and the surrounding areas. We have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available within residential care, supported living and community-based services. As a Support Worker / Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, support individuals with daily living tasks, promote independence, assist with personal care where required, support with medication and maintain accurate care records while working as part of a professional care team. We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Requirements
• Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential. • A caring, compassionate and professional approach. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one. • Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous, although suitable opportunities may also be available for non-drivers.
